30-Day Window: Please make sure your return is sent back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date.

 

Invoice Details: To keep things moving fast, please include your original invoice number and the purchase date with your package.

 

Shipping: All return packages need to be sent freight prepaid by the sender.

Once your package lands back at our distribution center, our team will open it up and take a quick look to verify its condition.

How Credits Work

The final refund or credit amount will be calculated as the net price of the item, minus original outbound shipping fees, handling charges (if applicable), and any special vendor allowances (if applicable).
